Award-winning conversion of former 1960’s office building, into a prestigious mixed-use development comprising city living studios, commercial offices, restaurant and bar facilities and new “5-star” roof-top residential penthouse apartments enjoying dramatic views of the Liverpool waterfront.
The project included a new landscaped terrace for al-fresco eating and drinking and “The Shard”, a dramatic granite feature which unites the building with the plaza, an important civic space connecting the CBD Commercial Area to the Liverpool Waterfront, which symbolises the energy and revitalisation of the entire complex.
