Award-winning comprehensive inner city “public / private partnership” regeneration project involving the redevelopment of a dilapidated Historic Victorian Warehouse precinct in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
The project involved the restoration and repurposing of a number of historically important warehouse buildings combined with selective demolition and redevelopment of key sites within the precinct. The resultant ‘award winning’ mixed-use precinct includes a range of loft-style apartments, a student housing complex, work-live design-studio units, managed and self-contained commercial office developments, a heritage centre, bars, cafes and speciality retail outlets.
