Transformation Design Project to determine a new Model of Learning for a 21st century applied learning tertiary institution.
Developed through an intensive programme of interactive workshops with the Executive Leadership Team, Heads of Departments, Academic Staff, Students and key industry partners, the Model of Learning integrates a new institution-wide qualities and attributes framework with project-based learning pedagogies and associated behavioural and performance profiles for graduates and staff. Financial modelling, business case drivers, infrastructure and facilities profiles have been developed in parallel to reflect five new “Learning Dimensions” comprising Collaborative Learning, Applied Learning, Social Learning, Provocative Learning and Personalised Learning.
